The Russian Congress of Canada and the Svetoch Association of Slavic Culture with the huge support of the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Reserve of Pushkin, Russia organized this ball for the second time in Toronto. Celebrating Victory Day in Toronto!

On May 6, 2018, Earl Bales Park solemnly honoured Great Patriotic War veterans and welcomed all guests to the annual celebration of the Victory Day of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945)!
